Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, the notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the user who posted the material
3. Terminate repeat infringers' accounts

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or that you have the right to post the material, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Content Verification
